• Candidate screening
• Interview support
• Assistance with candidate selection
• Post recruitment procedures
• Candidate management
• Candidate talent pool / database management
• Recruitment policy and procedures
• Recruitment performance and reporting
• Recruitment Agency liaison
• Hiring manager coaching, support and training on recruitment
• Developing proactive sourcing campaigns to build and optimise candidate pool

 

 

Qualification:

‘• In-depth knowledge of recruitment practices and relevant employment legislation
• Strong interviewing and role analysis skills
• Strong consulting, negotiation and facilitation skills
• Relationship management and influencing skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Highly service orientated
• Excellent telephone skills
• Strong understanding and supporter of diversity
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multi-task and manage a large and variable work load, ensuring timely and accurate completion of work
• Full understanding of the sensitivity and confidentiality of the function and ability to act upon it
• Excellent team working ability to ensure smooth operation across the organization
• Strong analytical skills
• Detail oriented
• Results oriented
• Passionate about their contribution
• Intermediate Microsoft office skills
• Minimum three years’ experience in recruitment and selection
• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, psychology or relevant field desirable
