• Reviews progress of sales roles throughout the company.
• Accurately forecasts annual, quarterly and monthly revenue streams.
• Develops specific plans to ensure revenue growth in all company’s products.
• Provides quarterly results assessments of sales staff’s productivity.
• Coordinates proper company resources to ensure efficient and stable sales results.
• Formulates all sales policies, practices and procedures.
• Raise up sales revenue meet company
• Thai Nationality age 30 – 40 year old.
• At least 4-5 years with experience in sales strategy in CRM, outsourcing service industry and business analysis function and 2-3 years in a managerial position.
• Bachelor or Master Degree in business
• Computer literacy (MS Office: Word, Excel, Power Point).
• Able to work good communication
• Able to communication in English language fluent level.
• Good interpersonal and team player skills – strong market research skill
• Mature, pleasant, well-organized and self-motivated
